After having spent more than thirty years working with medium sized organisations across a variety of industry sectors, including twenty years as CFO of a West End based Investment Management firm, Tony Baker took the decision to use his experience and network of contacts to help small and medium sized companies focus on running their businesses by relieving the burden of time consuming administrative tasks.  He believes that many business owners are diverted away from their core business skills by becoming immersed in IT, Accounting, HR or other administrative issues which prevent them from maximising their income.  Furthermore, the majority of traditional accounting  practices focus their attention on meeting HMRC reporting deadlines whilst their clients would often benefit from proactive advice from professionals who have taken the time to understand their business. Tony’s aim is to reduce the distractions faced by business owners, freeing up their time to concentrate on their specialist skills and improve the profitability of their Companies.
